The 2025 ESP Summer Series is officially underway, with ESP Summer II wrapping up this past week at Wellington International. It was great to welcome riders, trainers, and spectators back to the showgrounds and to kick off the summer season together.
We’re thrilled with the start of the series and look forward to carrying this momentum into the weeks ahead. The ESP Summer Series offers a unique opportunity for athletes of all levels to shine, and the atmosphere this week proved just how special it is to have our equestrian community gathered together once again.
The first week of the series featured standout performances across divisions. On Friday, Kaitlyn Sheerahamed (USA) rode her own Dany Villers to victory in the 12-17 and Adult Equitation, sponsored by Alexander Academic Access, setting the tone for an exciting weekend.

Saturday’s feature class, the 1.35m Open Stake sponsored by Elite Horse Transport, saw Pau Krapp (ARG) and Vago Chin Z, owned by Clemark Equestrian LLC, take the win as the only double-clear pair, stopping the clock in a fast 42.662 seconds.

Sunday brought even more thrilling competition. Daniel Zetterman (SWE) piloted Solaguayre Dimitri, owned by Taylor Cowles, to the top of the leaderboard in the 1.30m Open Jumper, sponsored by Greenberg Traurig, with a winning time of 71.256 seconds. To close out the week, Krapp and Vago Chin Z captured their second win, this time in the NAL 1.30m Junior/Amateur Jumper Classic, sponsored by Arthramid, finishing as the only double-clear with a time of 49.598 seconds.

Next up, ESP Summer III returns from August 21 through August 24. With something for everyone including jumpers, hunters, and equitation divisions; competition promises to be just as dynamic and rewarding.
Riders, now is the time to get involved, sign up and join us for another week of great sport at Wellington International!
