Private Photo/Video Accreditation

Thank you for your interest in private photography and videography accreditation at Wellington International. The application window for the 2025 Winter Equestrian Festival is now open. Applications will close on October 1 and photographers will be notified of their acceptance on October 15.

If you are a photographer or videographer working "for hire" at Wellington International and are not on assignment for a media outlet, please click HERE to review requirements and apply for credentials.

Liability Requirements

All private photographers and videographers will be required to indemnify Wellington International and its affiliates for liability, as well as carry and keep liability insurance with combined limits of liability for personal injury (including death) and property damage of $1,000,000 per occurrence. A certificate of insurance with Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC (14440 Pierson Road, Wellington, FL, 33414) named as additionally insured is required from each business and/or individual.
