Stream FAQ

We have here put together questions and answers regarding the live stream.

  • We recommend using a computer or a mobile device. The streaming service is working with mobile devices using iOS or Android
  • Make sure you have a good Internet connection. Streaming requires good wi-fi to work
  • Please have a look at the other questions and answers in the FAQ to find help
  • Make sure the stream has started. Under the video title there is small text with information about when the video will start
  • As a first step please try to refresh your browser window
  • Try another browser to see if the stream works with a new browser

  • Check your internet connection and make sure it is fast and stable.
  • Close other programs and applications running on your computer to free up bandwidth.
  • If you are using a mobile device, move to a location with better network coverage.
  • Some users have experienced problems with Chrome on their desktop computers. These users resolved the problem by using another browser such as safari. 
  • This error message often is displayed when the internet connection is slow or a browser is not working
  • Please secure that you have access to a fast internet connection
