January 4. 2024

WELLINGTON, FL – January 4, 2024 – Wellington International proudly announces the expansion of its collaboration with Dodd Technologies, INC (DTI), to bring enhanced in-ring entertainment to the famed International Arena with state-of-the-art LED Boards for the entire Winter Equestrian Festival Season (WEF) in 2024. The addition of LED boards will dramatically improve the excitement of equestrian competition in one of the world's most famous horse shows, while also creating a more effective advertising environment for sponsors and advertisers.

"We are proud to launch the use of LED boards during the full season of the 2024 Winter Equestrian Festival, through our strategic partnership with Dodd Technologies, INC," said Lenore Brown, Director of Sponsorship at Wellington International. "The use of LED boards is just one more way that our organization is striving to improve the competitiveness and visibility of equestrian sports and make them more exciting to watch for our fans. Dodd Technologies, INC is an industry leader in sports entertainment, and we are proud to feature their products on our venue alongside the best athletes in the world.”

The WEF, recognized as the world’s largest equestrian competition, brings together the finest athletes from over 34 countries and all 50 U.S. states. This 13-week event features a multitude of competitions across various disciplines such as hunters, jumpers, and equitation. An astounding number of more than 34,000 horse entries are registered each year, with participants competing for a share of the $14 million prize pool. The pinnacle of the festival is the $500,000 Rolex Grand Prix CSI5*, scheduled for the evening of March 30th, an event that is the crescendo of the equestrian season.

“Dodd Technologies, Inc. is proud to be a new sponsor of the Wellington International Winter Equestrian Festival, said Mark Dodd, Founder and President of Dodd Technologies. “We will be providing LED Ribbon Display Boards, graphics and animation creation for the 2024 and 2025 seasons. This is the same technology that is used by the Olympics, World Cup, and other world-class international equestrian events. We are excited about the future growth and development at Wellington International!”

The addition of LED Boards will offer yet another layer of effective digital advertising tools to businesses interested in making an impact on the equestrian community in Wellington. For businesses interested in highlighting their business in the main arena on our most important Saturday Night Light’s competitions, packages are available upon request.
